Can anyone help?

i have a problem here, and im looking for some help from you guys as to get it sorted..

The problem is that i have no sound on my computer, i am currently running windows xp professional sp2/sp3, i have a time computer, they cannot help me i have tried.

the main circuit board is
Board: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD MS-7061
Bus Clock: 167 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 07/28/2004
I have tried to download drivers etc from the MSI website and MSI live updater, i am quite lost with this....

when i try to install sound drivers for this motherboard it tell my that the Vinyl AC chipset is not enabled on bios inwhich it actual is on auto, and does not seem to be picking this up.

are there any other drivers that can be used on this motherboard?
