Hi SEO guys,
I would like to know about cache the site, blog or any web page. How can we make fast cache?
Some seo say ping your blog, some say bookmark your site. I am also know that. But I want to something unique. Is there any technique available to cache our site just in 2 to 5 min. Please give your suggestion also give the site name which may cache our site speedily.

may you give any example or resources of "frequently updated pages" I think it would be news site but how can we listed in news sites

You want your sites (posts) to get indexed in search engines fast, Right?? If that is what you are looking for, submit your sites(posts) to digg, mixx, kind of top social bookmarking sites and make use of the signatures of big forums like DP.

Thanks for reply, but suppose this think can't effective for my site then what should be my next step. to my mind if we get listed in fast crawling site like news site or any educational site then it should be beneficial for making fast caching or crawling.

Back links helps your site get index. If you want to get index fast then you have to get tons of back links - Quality of back links.. Quality gives more value compared to those irrelevant sites that you are getting. If you want your inner pages get index then deep linking helps..
