Build Error in RAD Tool

Hi All ...

Getting this error:

The method hasChildren() is undefined for the type Element:



Here is where I believe it to be defined ..just a few lines above:



static final Element s_ElogConfigFacade = new Element("ElogConfiguration");

Ideas?

I'm relatively new so be easy!
