I have a blog i.e.http://web-development-blog-infoway.blogspot.com/. I put content in it regularly. I spend some time too on it. But visitors don't visit me blog. All my effort have gone in vain. What can I do?

I see you make update twice every month and that if you think is regular blogging I guess you need to work on your blog bit more.

Some where I read it is better to publish few article than publishing low quality article. So I am a little bit serious about this. What is the perfect rate of putting up articles? What else I need to do?

Good Quality articles of course but once every month is no where acceptable. Would you mind sharing what is the source of traffic you are expecting from those articles?

At least 10 perday. And I upload an article a week normally.

I think ypu will do bookmarking of your every post of your blog, it will generate the traffic.

For Popularity do Video Optimization & Social Media Optimization for the blog it will drive more traffic.

Your trick is good to get visitors to your blog...but i like it. Use some social media site widgets in your blog. Also try to comment to others blogs with your blog link.
