Bios password problem

    hi all,
    i recently bought a Dell Latitude laptop C600. just when i turn it on a message is shown on the screen "Entre password authenthtication system".
    is there anyone who could help me to clear the Bios password,or to tell me where to find the Bios chip. or if there is any other solution to suggest.
