I have a confusion about submitting articles. If you submit same article in different sites and suppose 20 of them get approved.
Then when google crawl them then the site gets 20 backlinks or 1 back links. Google loves new content. So when it finds same content everywhere will it count the links ??

You are submitting the content to 20 sites as well.

you will get only 2 or 3 links.

google dont index the same article again and again. meaning it will index only the original article and maybe few copies and that`s it.
