Where you get Job First. Its not the country which is important but the Job Profile

I have not Job First. I began to study C++ a year ago. My qualification in programming very low now. I want to work in Russia (I am from Russia) about some time. And I want to understand, where my perspective in programming will be best? In Russia or other counties?

Anywhere you work its important to understand your job profile.

Example

You may be doing some maintenance of a program where there is no new development in US

But in Russia you work on development rather than maintenance.

So country would matter if you have choice of Job Profile and not before that. Now when you have same job profile on either country the important thing would be your Pay. If you get good pay and good job profile definitely you should opt for foreign country.
