IP addresses same it will not give you exactly your purpos.
Just see MAC Address same or not If you can? Many friends working with me in the company. They may vote from my laptop. Okay yaar you can make public each IP address. If you have some right judge then you can show Each Voters IP Address.

IP Address will not be public but the surge in the posts from the same machine does mean you have asked them to vote instead of themselves showing there own opinion.

I dont mind whatever happens. I am right. According to your rule and regulation,Except me(bcoz you have given some reason) Winner should be Article " .Net collections enumeration" . because It has more
weightage like Izaan, Nadr, Obaid, Safari, shabbir I am not against to any one. BUT One thing Remember I dont like any thing who does not follow rules. I will suggest you that delete the all rules and regulations from your forum. There is no meaning to follow it. |

You are absolutely correct but If I take my vote out from that then there would be good competition among the others and Creating a Directory and read/write to file in Directory in c++ is a very close and so that has been declared as winner.
