Recent PayPal issues with Indian accounts and we not able to send personal payments lead to very low participation in the competition.

We tried to move to Paypal Alternatives but that made things work for short period but the participation by majority of people was not at par. As I get comments like

I like number 4. Rewarding someone with way to get more knowledge can be very useful. Personally, I would enjoy Amazon Books.

I don't agree with you because if something is not working its always take courage to go for a change and I think this change also will bring something better out of here.

About point #4, one month is quite a long period to wait for. How about making it weekly competition. Winner of the week will score a point and a collection of 4 points can be converted into a prize (books or something).

I like that idea. You can either save your points up or use them. Different prizes are worth different points.
