This question was approved because I thought this something to do with posts that I do where It may seems like many are auto posts and not manual posts. Something where I post in each article about the Nomination of Article of the month.

When it comes to Paypal Problem its not a problem of G4Ef and nor its a problem of Posts. and I think this question with Paypal as answer is not rightly phrased. The answer you accepted was also not a convincing one supporting what I am saying.

I have seen the issue with home page CMS as well and so this can be taken as general rule that your question should not be on G4Ef user / forum.

Yes if there is something you think you can email me and I will post on behalf of you but I think that will be too rare.
