Yes there is; hit Print Screen, paste the screen shot into your favourite graphics editor and zoom in. You can just about see the difference if you zoom right in.
Didn't think to do that to find the background colour; it just looked white to me but it is in fact R:253 G:253 B:253, hence fdfdfd.
