Is better to disqualify this question. As it has no point to prove its twisted. The way its asked is ambiguous. If he asked correctly, many wud have got the answer. So disqualify it.

If you can't make it out, don't blame others. There are people in the world who have exellent brain than yours.

First i accept that i don't have excellent brain like u. First try to make your questions clear enough for all the users in the forum. Its not a forum for CAT students who'll have super powered brain like u.
This part is clear. the question is to make 11 with two 7's and tow 9's.

What does this imply? At least one solution contains the following operations. So is it like the questions has multiple answers.??
Then coming to "Used exactly once each." so u re meaning that the operations should be done only once (either addition or subtraction).

"But not necessarily in the given order"
At least this makes some sense. u said it can be of any order.

Ur intelligence should not be in solving CAT questions with ease. U have to make all the users irrespective of their education to understand the question. I pray to god that he ll give u an external harddisk memory capacity to ur brain to solve more CAT questions.
And also the intelligence to make the questions clearer.

    Thanks for ur comments.

I never said I have excellent brain....2nd, It's not a forum for CAT, but it's a forum where THE ADMIN HIMSELF ALLOWED THIS QUESTION TO BE ASKED.

The rest I am helpless to discuss with you. Sorry.

From my side, No Comments now.

And also try to accept your mistake. It shows ur humbleness. Ur question is not clear(NOT EVEN CLEAR TO ADMIN http://www.go4expert.com/showpost.php?p=57766&postcount=19)
It may be clear to CAT champs as u said. But try to post questions which will be understandable by all the users. That is what the forum is meant to be.
If u made the questions unclear u can always apologize. u re not at all losing anything. Instead of that u re disgracing others talents and their abilities. Try to take everything in a +ve way. Its not that the admin should give $1 cos u asked the question and it is a CAT question. clear?
Try to post much clearer questions in the future. all the best.

    I agree with neo.
    This question should be canceled.
Had it been asked correctly, many would have got it right.

Making a question tricky != hiding facts and making it unclear.
Post clearer questions in future ...
