You should have permission from Author and go4expert.com . As far as the author is concern you need to contact them but as far as go4expert.com is concern you can use them in your magazines provided you do make a listing to go4expert.com as well as the article link from where it is taken.

Not only author . you have posted in Go4Expert then It means Go4Expert should able to give any article to any magazine without taking your permission.

You have posted in G04Expert means you are giving your article for showing any place but Author name will be always there.
