I am new to ethical hacking, i have just installed BackTrack 5 on my Laptop, now, i want to install Vmware workstation on it (I want BT5 to be my host OS, and any other OS as guest), but i don't know how to go about it. Please try to be very detailed as i am not experienced in this field. Thanks
