Who can help me paint the web?
I work for a Malaysia based company which is interested in designing websites to the public. Recently the company has had a sudden surge of work. My hope is therefore to find a designer experienced in HTML/XHTML, CSS and photoshop who can together with me create stunning sites. Basic knowledge of JavaScript will be preferred.
