I get the jobs. Present them. You tell me how much you want to be paid. I work it into the contract and the negotiate with you on the client's behalf. I am building an online branding agency... and I need a sweat-equity partner. No money... we go get the jobs together and generate cash. We can work for agencies at a fraction of the cost or together we can generate higher incomes. I have been in advertising and branding for almost 25 years. I kick it. I'm good... but I need someone who can tell me what is possible technologically. I'll want to see your work. Looking for someone local to DFW area... it'll take some convincing to convince me that I can go completely virtual and maintain a close working relationship.
