I think we should allow "custom user title" for all the users, or put a certain amount of post count to get power to change ur user title.

User title decription:-
for those who dont know what "user title" means its for them. User title is a kinda designation given to a user. Most of the new users would have "Registered Members" below then ID in every post they make. So we get a chance to change it, we can describe ourselves better.
