It's funny because I always though the optimum sleep was like 8 hours, but I get around 8-9 each day (early bird). Then I read some study that the best sleep length is actually 6 hours.. confusing so although I don't know what's best I'm probably sleeping too long Sandy
well it also depends on the person; I for example can sleep for 6 hours and feel very rested but i have some friends that sleep even 10 hours and they are still tired...
