Open the IIS Manager, right click Web Sites and select properties:

You will be asked for Restart of IIS. Click yes to restart IIS. If you are not asked just restart IIS.

I have installed IIS 5.1 from the Win pro service pack 2 cd after installing the IIS 5.1 I tried the following link

But I am not able to create IIS_WPG
so I tried the other options you mentioned. When I opened the IIS Manager I was not able to find the Application Pool.
Then I right click on the websites and then tried for service tab and I was not able to find the service tab.
I am enclosing the screen shot of the same.
Kindly advice what is wrong
