Any computer person can easily identify that this article is not exactly copied but the main idea, theme, and even all the examples except “Tail recursion” are same. You can’t say it is copied, but it is heavily based on mentioned articles without even mentioning it.

Yes you are right!!! It may be not to win as winner of this month for this article. This total depend on system how r u implementing.
