No way. U cannot change the admin password as a guest user. Only way to do it iis boot with another OS. or Live CD and crack the SAM file!

This is an old one. it doesn't work anymore plus this is lame. You actually have to have a physical access to the victim pc before you can hack it? it's not hacking. Why don't you just install a realvnc server instead. it's lamer though. Why don't you stick with real hacking and start to look for some vulnerabilities on the windows vista systems?
