- Check ur Task manager, Regedit & Msconfig
- If u find error message namely “Task manager” disable by ur administrator or “regedit”
- Ur genius (computer) is infected by some viruses.
- Go to Run then type gpedit.msc (group policy)
- Select User Configuration Administrative Templates System Ctrl+Alt+Del Options Remove Task Manager Disable.
- Go to Run then type gpedit.msc (group policy)
- Select User Configuration Administrative Templates System Prevent access to registry editing tools Enable.
- Open “Task Manger” (Run taskmgr or press ctrl+alt+del)
- Select Process tab and find msrun32.exe
- If there is msrun32.exe end that process.
- Open “Msconfig” (Run msconfig)
- Select Startup tab and find msrun32.exe.
- Disable msrun32.exe
- Open “Regedit” (Run regedit)
- Find msrun32.exe. Delete links carefully.
- If in one place u will find msrun32.exe occurred in explorer.exe (Ex: explorer.exe:msrun32.exe) . Please only erase msrun32.exe.
- Search C: drive msrun32.exe and delete. (Location:c:\windows\system32\msrun32.exe)
- Restart your genius (computer).
Deleting Affected Files - The msrun32.exe create many sub file on ur system. All files had .exe extension.
- U must search all system drives. (specification : *.exe)
- U first see the file size. The virus files are had same bytes. Delete that all.
