cain & able is a legendary program that i used to take out Northern Territorys Governments (Australia) school network with ease. i love it like a child. as for running it 100.00mbps I Dont Think You Can... you would have to talk to the developers on that one.

I have never used Cain & Abel on more than 100mbps network, it works fine on 100mbps network, I have been using it for over 5 years on 100mbps network.
