Nice post, its indeed a art. This is not a link trade. You're linking to them because you think they have value. If they link back to you then it's for the same reason.

Link exchange is good for traffic. But better if you have one way links when we are talking about seo.

To connect to high PR sites, first start with sites having PR same as your site, connect to them, then you may see slight increase in your PR, then look for higher PR sites.

Link exchange is good process by collecting links for a website.basically one way link which is more valuable for site and Reciprocal links also plays a vital role for a website to boost your ranking.so collecting links from other sites some rules and regulation must obey..

I think, links exchange is dead.

G and Y detec that site A links to site B and back.

More better is using system to create one way links ... true backlinks ... like BackLinks Genius
